Commercial Occupancy Inspections Questions concerning commercial occupancy inspections should be directed to the Office of the Fire inspector, Monday through Friday from 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m.
Pre-existing Residential Inspections Pamphlets for both existing residential and existing mobile homes are available at Station #1. Included in the pamphlets is information for proper installation of smoke detectors, GFI outlets and a list is available of CSIA certified chimney sweeps. This information will be helpful for the resale of property and is required by the office of the Fire Inspector for all residential and mobile homes in the Springdale Fire Protection district.
